Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and comfy rooms and incredibly friendly staff. However, there were some issues with getting hot water during peak morning hours. The location was great, surrounded by convenient amenities, although there were no connecting rooms available. The dining options were good overall, but they could improve on keeping the food warm. Facilities were standard with no standout features.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although spacious and with a private balcony offering some privacy, are in need of an upgrade. On the bright side, they are well-equipped with great air conditioning and direct access to a fantastic poolside view.
Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms, although equipped with slightly outdated air conditioning, were spacious and had balconies overlooking the pool and garden areas, offering some privacy. The location was perfect, surrounded by convenient amenities like spa, massage centers, shopping malls, banks, a 24-hour market, and laundry services. However, families might find the hotel less suitable due to its size. Be cautious about phone calls to your room. It's very strategic, close to everything in KUTA, and near the city center.
My stay at this hotel was simply fantastic. The location is spot-on, right in the heart of the city with convenient access to dining options. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The dining experience could be improved with more breakfast choices, but the well-maintained pool area was a real highlight. The price was reasonable, though there were some minor issues with food service.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the 30-year-old Window type Aircon took a while to be ready. On the bright side, having a private balcony provided a sense of privacy. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very helpful, friendly, and polite. The location was excellent for my needs, being near the airport and close to malls. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with the need for more variety and improvements in keeping the food warm.
